Problem: up to 20% of premium goods are counterfeit. Paper certificates are forged in an hour, disputes with suppliers take months.

Solution: each product gets a blockchain passport with an immutable history. Manufacturer registers a batch, logistics scans shipments, store confirms receipt — all recorded on a distributed ledger.

For the buyer: scan the QR code with a phone — in 2 seconds see where, when and by whom it was made, how it was stored and transported. The record cannot be faked.

Business benefits:
• counterfeit protection (losses drop to zero);
• higher margin due to brand premium and trust;
• fast resolution of distributor disputes;
• compliance with export market requirements (EU, China);
• marketing advantage — “first in the industry with public verification”.

Simple implementation: only smartphones + QR code printer. Integration with 1C and ERP without manual entry. Pilot launched in weeks.
